Yes, that was Stephanie Bennett on Project Runway and Models of the Runway on Thursday evening, 10/8/09.
The full episode is now up online at
Lifetime TV (select 'Season 6, episode 8: a Fashionable New Beginning').

The designers were given the challenge to re-make the wedding dresses of several divorcées into a new look.

I'm ready for my close-up, Mr. DeMille.

Consulting with fashion designer Nicolas Putvinski.
Stephanie: "I want only cruelty-free fabrics; no wool,
no leather, no fur, obviously, duh. No animals had to suffer, yay!"
You can watch
the 1-minute 'preview' online of the 9 designers consulting with us
clients (Nicolas and I are right at the end of the 1-minute segment.)

Oh, in case you were wondering, the vintage sweater I'm wearing is all synthetic!
No wool, no fur, DUH!!
By the way...
What's
wrong with WOOL??
What's wrong with LEATHER??
What's wrong with FUR??

PROJECT RUNWAY is followed by its spinoff, MODELS OF THE RUNWAY.
On this show, Katie was my modeling mentor, who showed me how to walk on the runway.
Katie
said: "My little model is Stephanie, who is the cutest thing ever - she
comes up to, like, my belly button. I want to put her in my pocket and
take her home with me."
You can watch the full 1-hour MODELS OF THE RUNWAY online: choose Full Episodes, Season 1, episode 8, 'A Fresh Start".
Or just watch Katie's 1-minute video blog, which includes my best moment from the M.O.T.R. show.
Choose "Katie Video Blog, Episode 8".

Oh, here's the full text of my poem that I recited at the after-party with the models on MODELS OF THE RUNWAY:
lyrics by Stephanie Bennett
Project Runway designer, please make me a dress,
fit like a dream, not like a mess,
Runway designer, please sew a new seam,
and make me the perfect dress.
Project Runway designer, please don’t look so grim!
Just make it work! Listen to Tim!
Please carry on and I’m sure you will sim-
ply make me the perfect dress.
For Michael, we must make it chic-er;
for Nina, make it wearable too;
for me…. well, something unique-er
might help me to meet husband number two….
Project Runway designer, my ex was a drag,
why should I keep this old white rag?
there is no garment that I treasure less.
So sketch me a sketch,
rip it apart,
style me a style,
stitch a new start,
and make me the perfect dress!
